Formation of the Second Composition of the Board of Trustees of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia Foundation

Pursuant to Clause 30 of the Charter of the "Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia" Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation"), we hereby inform you that, in connection with the formation of the second composition of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation, a meeting of the sectoral organizations is being organized for the purpose of selecting a candidate for the member of the Board of Trustees.  

The sectoral organizations are:

1. Non-commercial organisation for protection of interests of developers (association),
2. Non-commercial organisation for protection of interests of companies of the information technologies sector (association),
3. Non-commercial organisation for protection of interests of companies of the electronic communication sector (association),
4. Non-profit organization involved in education, reform, or professional self-regulation in the practice of alternative dispute resolution.

The above-mentioned organizations may submit a written application for participating in the meeting and, if they wish so, also for nominating their candidates.

The meeting will take place on 31^st July, 2026, at 14:30.
